Credit notes, customer statements, subscriptions and price lists
A paid invoice is no longer edited; you issue a credit note against it. Each customer's statement prints with a running balance, repeating invoices get a Subscriptions screen, and each group of customers can have its own price list.

What changed
"Money and accounting" gained several tools:
- Credit notes: for a paid invoice you issue a credit note against some of its lines instead of changing the invoice. A credit note is a document of its own, can be voided, and shows on the customer's statement.
- Customer statement: pick a customer and a date range to see every invoice, payment and credit with a running balance. Print it or save it as PDF.
- Subscriptions: an invoice can repeat monthly, every three months or yearly. The "Subscriptions" screen shows monthly recurring revenue, this month's cancellation rate, and renewals billed and paid. "Renew now" raises the renewal and sends the customer a payment link.
- Price lists: create lists such as "Wholesale", with a percentage off the whole catalogue or fixed prices per item, and put customers on them. On estimates and invoices, a line added "From the catalogue" is priced from that customer's list.
- Expense approval: expenses written by non-managers wait for a manager's approval. "Billable" expenses can be turned into customer invoices in one go with "Charge back to customers". Everything waiting for you (expenses, time off and finished tasks) gathers in "My messages" under "Waiting for your approval".

How to use it
- Credit note: open a paid invoice under "Invoices" and press "Issue a credit note". Choose the lines and quantities and save.
- Statement: under "Money and accounting" open Customer statement, choose the customer and dates, and press "Print or save as PDF" if you need a copy.
- Subscription: on an invoice choose monthly, quarterly or yearly repeat, then follow them all on Subscriptions.

- Price list: open Price lists, type a name and discount and press "Create the price list". Add special prices, then add customers with "Put on this list".

Good to know
- Only a paid invoice takes a credit note.
- Any invoice's payment link can be sent from the invoice with "Send it to the customer"; the customer needs a phone number or email.
- These screens need billing access, and approving expenses is for the business manager.
