Email opens and clicks, two-subject tests, and landing-page SEO

You can now see who opened an email and what they clicked. Customer journeys branch on it, each campaign can test two subject lines, and landing pages gain ready-made sections and search settings.

What changed

  • Email tracking: opens of emails the panel sends, and clicks on their links, are recorded.
  • Conditional journeys: any customer-journey step can have a condition, such as "Only if they opened the previous email", its opposite, or clicked / did not click.
  • New segment rules: "Segments" can now pick people who opened an email or clicked a link.
  • Two-subject tests (A/B): an email campaign has a "Second subject to test" field. Half the recipients get each subject, and the campaign list shows each one's open and click rates with a "Better" badge on the winner. AI-written copy is now really written by the AI.

The "Second subject to test" field on an email campaign

  • Landing pages: ready-made sections such as "Why choose us", "Testimonial" and "Questions and answers". A new page can start from "Lead capture", "A service" or "An event". The "Search and sharing" panel holds the search description, the share image and "Keep this page out of search engines".

The "Search and sharing" panel while editing a landing page

How to use it

  1. Under "Marketing and website", open Email marketing (NabuMail). In a new campaign write the main subject and a "Second subject to test", then send.
  2. After sending, see which subject carries the "Better" badge in the campaign list.
  3. In Customer journeys, choose an open or click condition for any step.
  4. In Landing pages (NabuLanding), open a page, add ready-made sections and fill in "Search and sharing".

Good to know

  • Tracking covers only email the panel itself sends.
  • Some email apps load images automatically, so a click is the surer sign of interest.

Editing a gateway brings its form into view

On Payment gateways, Edit moves the page to that gateway's form, rings it for a moment, and puts the cursor in the first field. On a phone the form used to open off screen.
